The Pensioners' Financial Support Foundation "Złoty Emeryt" is a nationwide Foundation with headquarters in Rzeszów. The Foundation was established in 2021 on the initiative of Janusz Kaszycki, who is also the Founder and Founder of the Foundation.

The President of the Management Board of the Foundation is Mr. Janusz Kaszycki.

In September 2023, the Foundation received the Public Benefit Organization Status, granted by the District Court in Rzeszów, entitling it to receive 1.5% of tax as part of the PIT settlement with the possibility of reimbursement of expenses incurred by retirees and people of retirement age.

The mission of the Foundation is to provide financial assistance to retirees and people of retirement age within the framework of:

setting up and maintaining free sub-accounts for pensioners and people of retirement age enabling the accumulation of financial resources and reimbursement of expenses related to their maintenance costs;

reimbursement of expenses related to the costs of living of pensioners and persons of retirement age, carried out only up to the amount of funds accumulated in the sub-account by a given beneficiary.

The reimbursement of expenses related to the costs of living and meeting the current needs of pensioners and people of retirement age includes primarily:

reimbursement of current living needs including food, cleaning and hygiene products, repair and replacement of household appliances, etc.;

refund of rent and premises fees and utility consumption in residential buildings (electricity, gas, water, internet, telephone);

reimbursement of travel costs including fuel, vehicle repairs and insurance;

reimbursement of fees incurred in connection with treatment and including in particular: purchase of medicines and medical equipment, travel costs for treatment, treatment costs and costs of stay in treatment centers;

reimbursement of costs related to providing care for a pensioner, including primarily: paid medical care and rehabilitation, paid stays in nursing homes, seniors' homes, and retirement homes.

The amount of the refund (reimbursement of expenses incurred by the Beneficiary) will be up to the amount of funds accumulated in the sub-account.

The main assumption of the Foundation in the scope of the refund of costs incurred by retirees and persons of retirement age as Beneficiaries is their will in the scope of spending the funds accumulated in their sub-account, which must be in accordance with the Foundation's statute in accordance with the motto "A retiree knows best what his needs are".

Being aware of the great needs, the Members of the Management Board of the Foundation and the Members of the Council of the Foundation, as part of the resolutions adopted from the moment of the Foundation's establishment to the present day, have waived any remuneration in connection with the functions performed and contribute their own efforts and resources free of charge to ensure its operation.

The Foundation will not consider letters and applications for support submitted by unauthorized persons or persons who do not have sub-accounts set up on the basis of the Agreement concluded together with the Funding Regulations between the Beneficiary (pensioner or person of retirement age) and the Foundation.
