Fill out the application

Submit the application with attachments

Send the Application together with attachments within 60 days of the Beneficiary's death, counting from the following day, to the Foundation's address:

Wait for the Foundation to verify the correctness of the documents and for the funds to be transferred to the new beneficiary’s sub-account.
