YOU CAN COLLECT FUNDS FROM 1.5% TAX ON YOUR SUBACCOUNT
Within your sub-account, you can accumulate funds as part of a 1.5% deduction of income tax declared by your family, friends and acquaintances, with the possibility of spending it at the discretion of the retiree and person of retirement age for their own needs.
YOU CAN CHECK THE BALANCE OF FUNDS ON YOUR SUBACCOUNT AT ANY TIME
After logging in to your sub-account, you can check the current status of funds that can be used for your own needs.
You can also check the amount of income and expenses since the beginning of the year.
YOU CAN SPEND FUNDS ON YOUR OWN NEEDS WITHIN THE REFUND OF EXPENSES
You can refund (spend) the funds accumulated in the sub-account for your own living needs, which mainly include:
treatment, medical supplies and travel;
food, beverages, clothing and hygiene products;
rent fees and utility charges in residential buildings.
Give your Pensioner (Mother, Father, Grandmother, Grandfather or other Pensioner) 1.5% of tax as part of the annual PIT settlement and take care of the payment of funds (refund) by the Pensioner
How much percentage of the incoming amount of 1.5% tax will the pensioner (beneficiary) receive? and how much will the foundation collect for development and maintenance:
The pensioner (beneficiary) will receive 81% of the funds to be used for their own needs (of the incoming amount – 1.5% of the settled PIT);
The Foundation will collect 19% of the funds for the maintenance and development of the Foundation (of the incoming amount – 1.5% of the settled PIT).
Does the Pensioner bear the costs of maintaining a sub-account or other costs in the foundation:
The Pensioner does not incur any costs of maintaining the sub-account (maintaining the sub-account is free of charge), nor does he incur any other fees to the foundation as a Pensioner (beneficiary) who has a sub-account set up.
CONDITIONS TO BE FULFILLED IN FRONT OF THE TAX OFFICE IN ORDER TO EFFECTIVELY TRANSFER 1.5% OF TAX FOR YOUR PENSIONER
THE TAXPAYER (PAYING 1.5% OF THE TAX) MUST INDICATE IN THE PIT THE KRS NUMBER: 0000896817 AND THE SPECIFIC PURPOSE: THE NUMBER AND NAME OF THE PENSIONER'S SUB-ACCOUNT;
THE TAXPAYER (PAYING 1.5% OF THE TAX) IS OBLIGED TO SUBMIT A PIT TAX TAX BY THE STATUTORY DEADLINE, I.E. GENERALLY BY 30 APRIL (A DELAY OF EVEN 1 DAY WILL RESULT IN THE TAX OFFICE NOT TRANSFERRING 1.5% OF THE TAX TO THE FOUNDATION);
THE TAXPAYER (PAYING 1.5% OF THE TAX) IS OBLIGED TO PAY THE TAX DUE FROM THE SUBMITTED PIT WITHIN THE STATUTORY DEADLINE (MAXIMUM BY 30 APRIL AND NO LATER THAN 2 MONTHS FROM SUBMITTING THE PIT) AND CANNOT HAVE ANY ARREARS TO THE TAX OFFICE (OVERDUE TAX TAGS, UNDERPAYMENTS, INTERESTS, EVEN IN A SMALL AMOUNT, E.G. PLN 30).

The Pensioners' Financial Support Foundation "Złoty Emeryt" is a nationwide Foundation with headquarters in Rzeszów. The Foundation was established in 2021 on the initiative of Janusz Kaszycki, who is also the Founder and Founder of the Foundation.
Members of the Management Board of the Foundation and Members of the Council of the Foundation, as part of the resolutions adopted from the foundation's establishment in 2021 to the present day, have waived any remuneration in connection with the functions performed and contribute their own efforts and resources free of charge to ensure its operation.
The main objective of the Foundation is to provide broadly understood assistance to retirees in financing their living costs by:
co-financing (refunding) expenses related to financing the living costs of pensioners and people of retirement age up to the amount of funds accumulated in the sub-account of a given Beneficiary;
setting up and maintaining free sub-accounts for pensioners and people of retirement age, enabling the accumulation and spending of funds collected by the beneficiary on his sub-account from 1.5% tax deductions and donations.
The Foundation directs its activities to retirees and people of retirement age who have concluded an Agreement with the Foundation along with the Regulations for co-financing for maintaining sub-accounts, up to the amount of funds accumulated in the sub-account of a given Beneficiary.
